Master Dealer/Mark of Excellence (1972 - 2011)

• Sewell Cadillac has received this award for 39 consecutive years. We are the only dealer in the nation to do so. This award is given to the top 12 Cadillac dealers in the South Central Region for retail sales and CSI (customer satisfaction index).

Dealer of the Year (2011)

• Sewell Cadillac is a ten time recipient of the Dealer of the Year Award. The Dealer of the Year Award is the highest honor that General Motors bestows each year. The presentation of the award is a testimony to those dealers who exemplify the drive to achieve what GM seeks in all of its authorized dealers. The award recognizes not only sales performance and customer satisfaction, but on-going operating standards and industry leadership.

Standards for Excellence Platinum Performer Award

• Sewell Cadillac is a multiple year winner of this award. This distinction is received by the top 75 Cadillac dealers in the United States based on Cadillac's Standards for Excellence (SFE) Program. Cadillac's SFE program began in 1994 and sets a truly high mark for customer satisfaction by which all Cadillac dealers are measured.

Jack Smith Leadership Award

• This award promotes the highest levels of dealer achievement based on superior performance in vehicle sales and customer satisfaction. Only a select number of GM dealers in the U.S. have received this honor and it is considered one of the most prestigious in the industry.

Cadillac Leadership Award South Central Region

• Sales leadership award for selling the most new Cadillac vehicles in the South Central Region. Sewell Cadillac has ranked number one in new vehicle sales in the South Central Region for the past 30 years and in 2009, Sewell Cadillac reached the tremendous honor of being the number one in new vehicle sales nationwide.
